We are happy to announce that this year we have a wide range of wonderful products you can choose from: cheese, bread, goat and beef meat, fish, wine, rapeseed oil, jams, chutneys, cup cakes, chocolate, fudge, liqueurs and even greeting cards and hair accessories…and many many more!

Brian Mellor is an award winning Master Chef of Great Britain, former Head Chef at BBC and Executive Chef at Granada TV, who now has a cookery school in a full of character location, offering the perfect opportunity to learn about the freshest of food.

He is instantly recognisable at food festivals and has been at the forefront of our chefs performing live. His live performances are entertaining and carefully adorned with useful information about ingredients and good food. He has been constantly supporting local producers, advocating cooking with home-grown ingredients and working with nature’s best.
