Bolesworth Castle Show Jumping Classic - Hospitality Packages
With Bolesworth Castle as a backdrop, the beautifully decorated Hospitality Marquee is the perfect place to entertain guests or simply treat yourself to a very special day out.
Your package will include:
- Champagne reception
- Three course summer luncheon
- Afternoon Tea
- VIP admission ticket and badge
- VIP car parking
- Complimentary show programme
You will also be able to enjoy watching the exciting action from the sun terrace and meet some of the country's top show jumpers. Bar accounts will be available and there will be a Hospitality Hostess in attendance.
Hospitality packages are available on all four days.
Children are welcome in the Hospitality Marquee and a special children's menu is available. Please contact Alison for details (see below).

Owners & Riders Lounge
Facilities within the reserved table area will be enhanced in 2010. Guests may reserve a table in a partitioned area of the Owners & Riders Lounge for their exclusive use, for the duration of the show.
Full bar facilities and food will be available to purchase throughout the day. Entertainment will be provided form 9pm onwards on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
The cost of a reserverd table is £550.0 0(inv VAT). Reserved tables also include FREE Admission to the Showground, VIP Car Park, Members Badge and recognition in the Official Show Programme.

The Bolesworth Summer Barbecue
Saturday 17th July - 7.30pm - Tickets are available at £20 each for this event, to be held in the Hospitality Marquee on Saturday evening. Your ticket includes Hog Roast, Live Music, and Fairground attractions (weather permitting).
(Admission to the showground on Saturday Evening will be STRICTLY by ticket only)

Mobile Catering Units
Mobile catering units will be provided in the Stable Area and will be open from 12 noon on Wednesday 14th July and 7am to 8pm on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
